This shrub is on the west side of Syringa Avenue.

Purchased from Hayloft Plants, Hollyoak Nursery, Little Comberton, Worcestershire in 2019.

Commonly called Meyer lilac or Korean lilac, it was found growing in a garden near Beijing, China by American plant collector Frank Meyer in 1909. It is not known to exist in the wild. ‘Flowerfesta’ cultivars come in a range of colours and is a registered trademark.
